We have a league in Poway with 3 seasons a year.

- Goalden Girls
- Sirens
You play 2 weeks on and one week off, but are welcome to sub in for another team so you can still play every week.
All levels and age ranges (18+). Requires USA hockey membership and HECC gear.

UTC Pick Up Hockey & Clinic
We have women’s pick up hockey and clinic at the UTC ice rink
Pick up hockey
- 2 teams (light vs dark)
- Thursday’s at 9:20pm
- $35 to play or $100 a month for unlimited games
All levels and age ranges (18+). Requires USA hockey membership and HECC gear.
